Hummus is ideal for super quick meals!
Ingredients:
Raw or already cooked red beetroot to taste (about one per person)
Rucola to taste
Flaked baking powder to taste
Shallot and parsley Hummus Macé
Procedure:
First, we wear gloves so as not to stain our hands.
We can cut the beetroot with a knife, paying attention to the thickness, the slices must be thin; alternatively we can use a mandoline or a potato peeler.
On the bottom of the plate we place the rocket, the beet slices and the nutritional yeast flakes.
Now, our Shallot and Parsley Hummus:
We can spread it on carpaccio, compose bruschettas with homemade bread or accompany it with breadsticks.
The dish is ready. Without using a cooker, quick and easy!
