Mace guacamole with purple carrot noodles and tempeh

Just 3 ingredients, quick and tasty

Ingredients:

Purple carrots (about 2 per person)
Tempeh to taste
Guacamole Macé 




Procedure:

This very easy recipe is prepared by cutting spaghetti out of the carrots, using a mandoline or a potato peeler (important: wear gloves so as not to stain your hands). 

If we do not have these tools, we can use a knife, cutting strips as thin as possible. 

On the bottom of the plate pour the Guacamole Macé, lay the carrot noodles on top and finish with the tempeh previously seared in a frying pan with a little olive oil, salt and sesame seeds (optional).

That's it! A very quick dish to prepare, rich in nutrients and quality!
