Ideal for a fresh and flavorful dish!

Ingredients:

  • Macè Spicy Guacamole
  • Fresh melon
  • 200g Black Rice
  • Salt to taste
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 100g whole-grain rice flour or wheat flour

Preparation:

Let's start by preparing the schiacciatina, the only ingredient that requires cooking. To save time, you can use already cooked black rice, even prepared the day before.

In a bowl, combine cooked black rice with brown rice flour (or wheat flour) and a small amount of water. Knead with your hands until the mixture is slightly sticky and easily shaped.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating an even layer. Grease the surface with a drizzle of evo oil and level it well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until the schiacciatina is crispy.

Now that the crush is ready, we can proceed with assembling our melon and guacamole cocktail.

Use a digger to scoop out balls from the melon, or cut it into squares or slices, depending on your preference.

In clear glasses or cups, create alternating layers of melon, Macé Spicy Guacamole and poppy seeds. Top each layer with slivers of black rice crush to add a crunchy note.
