Hummus is traditionally made from chickpeas, we at Macé have developed delicious variations using other legumes, in this case cannellini beans. Thanks to HPP technology, we are able to create tasty recipes by combining cooked legumes with vegetables and fresh herbs while preserving their taste and nutritional properties.
